We’re confident you’ll be delighted with the quality of our products, but we want you to be able to try Walter products risk-free. We therefore offer free returns for refund or exchange to customers Worldwide for 14 days from receipt of goods.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your return must be unused and in a re-sellable condition with the tags still attached. Your return must be shipped back to Walter within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods.
We cannot offer a refund or exchange if these conditions are not met.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE:
UK returns:
To make a return, please follow the below steps:
*Send an email with your Walter order number and the item(s) you want to return to anything@walterdenim.com.
*Please tell us why you are returning - didn't fit, didn't suit, not as expected etc.
*In case of an exchange, please tell us the size and colour/wash of the desired replacement item(s).
*For UK customers we will email you a FedEx label. Take the return shipping label, and place it on your package. We can either arrange collection for you, or you can drop at your nearest FedEx drop off location.
Rest of the world returns:
To make a return, please follow the below steps:
*Send an email with your Walter order number and the item(s) you want to return to anything@walterdenim.com
*Please tell us why you are returning - didn't fit, didn't suit, not as expected etc.
*In case of an exchange, please tell us the size and colour/wash of the desired replacement item(s).
* We'll email a FedEx or DHL label. Take the return shipping label and place it on your package. We can either arrange collection for you, or you can drop at your nearest FedEx or DHL drop-off point.
EXCHANGES:
Walter covers both the return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item. All exchanges are based on stock availability.
REFUNDS:
Upon receiving the returned item, we inspect the goods prior to processing the refund. Walter will provide your refund within 14 days of receipt providing they meet the terms and conditions of our return policy. Refunds are made to the original credit card and take 7-10 business days from processing to show up on your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
ORDER AMENDMENTS:
We are unable to make amendments to any existing orders. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipment details. Walter cannot be responsible for the loss of goods if the incorrect shipment details are provided at the point of checkout.
TAXES AND DUTY OF SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE UK:
We don't cover taxes and duty of orders sent to the EU and Europe.
For US customers, we don't cover taxes and duty on orders with a value of over $800USD (or GBP equivalent) so we recommend splitting orders if the order value exceeds this amount.
For Australian customers, we don't cover taxes and duty on orders with a value of over $1000AUD (or GBP equivalent) so we recommend splitting orders if the order value exceeds this amount.
